Please be sure to purchase your Luminox watch from an authorized dealer so that your warranty is valid. Authorized dealers advertise Luminox watches at suggested retail prices. Proof of purchase is required for warranty servicing and the service center will not perform service on watches purchased from unauthorized dealers.
 

Orders

You can order Luminox watches directly from our catalog using our secure shopping cart.You can use Matercard or Visa or you can order by mail, fax or Pay Pal by selecting your method of ordering at checkout.

Mail in orders can be payable by check or money order (subject to clearance). You can also use Pay Pal for mail in orders. Our e-mail address for Pay Pal is magnumarms@juno.com

 Orders can be placed through our online shopping cart or by phone by calling 516-384-5782 or by fax at 516-802-4686. We do not accept COD orders.

Return Policy: Full return on merchandise excluding shipping within 7 days of receipt of merchandise with original invoice and in original packaging.

We do ship orders outside of the United States. Please call or eMail us for countries we ship to.

Military personnel: We will ship orders to U.S military personnel only outside of the U.S. Since military APO’s are treated as U.S mail, all regular conditions as far as orders, shipping and resellers program apply. Watches must be shipped to the military APO address. Please make sure your billing information on your credit card is correct. Your billing infromation may be different than the APO address for shipping.

Credit Card Fraud : To our valued customers. Always protect your credit cards. Keep them in your possession. Always get back carbon copies of receipts. Don’t throw away credit card bank statements in the garbage. Shred or destroy them fully. Cut up old or expired credit cards. Report any lost or stolen cards to your issuing bank immediately. To avoid confusion & help prevent fraud, always enter your billing information as it appears on your bank card statement. When there is any change in address or other information report it to your issuing bank immediately. There are many out there who make a full time job of trying to profit off the honest credit card consumer and merchant.

There is a prevalence of credit card fraud in today’s world. We employ a small staff who’s only job in card not present sales is to examine, compare and evaluate order information, AVS codes & CCV codes on potential fraudulent purchases. We maintain a database of information on these potential purchases and block future attempts at fraudulent purchases. After evaluating this information, we will notify the appropriate federal, state & local fraud prevention teams in the hope of capturing the criminals and eliminating the use of honest consumers credit card information.
